The Oak Meadows golf course project won the 2017 Green StarEnvironmental Award from Golf Digest, largely in part because of the creative manner in which it addresses floods and storm-water. Inter-Fluve designed the channels, performed bank stabilization using toe wood designs and bioengineered banks, and constructed gravel riffles, pools, and in-stream boulder and wood habitat. The project involved installation of over 2,000 pieces of large wood, wetland pond construction and restoration of the entire golf course.
