Brenna Cody, EIT

Engineer in Training

Brenna grew up in Eugene, Oregon, where the McKenzie River sparked both her love of the outdoors and her early fascination with river systems. That curiosity led her to Oregon State University, where she first got a taste of consulting through a senior project developing fish passage alternatives for a drop structure in Monroe, Oregon. She also served as a lead technician on a series of post-fire hydrology projects, gaining firsthand experience across a wide range of Oregon’s watersheds.

Since joining Inter-Fluve in 2024, Brenna has contributed to modeling, engineering design, drafting, fieldwork, and project coordination. She’s especially excited to deepen her understanding of rivers and learn from other Fluvers while working across the diverse systems where Inter-Fluve operates, particularly in remote and less developed landscapes. Outside of work, you’ll find her backpacking to alpine lakes, mountain biking, scuba diving, rock climbing, or playing guitar.
